Alpine Auto Service Inc. warrants repairs for a period of 18 months or 18,000 miles, whichever occurs first, unless otherwise indicated on the face of this invoice. Economy grade parts carry a 3 month / 3000 mile warranty. All other provisions apply to economy parts. Warranty is limited to the cost of new or remanufactured parts, and labor furnished while performing repairs (if any) described on this invoice, unless otherwise indicated on the face of this invoice.

LIMITED WARRANTY TERMS

This warranty covers materials and labor to correct any defect in workmanship arising from repairs performed on the reverse side of this document.  Incidental or consequential losses, i.e., towing, loss of earnings, per diem expenses, rental car costs, or other claims of any nature are not covered.  The obligation of Alpine Auto Service, Inc. is limited to replacing or repairing damaged and/or defective parts, and the labor incurred in the performance of that task. If this invoice does not specifically itemize a part or service as replaced or repaired, the part or service is not covered under this warranty.

Some repairs may fail through no fault of the repairing facility. Parts related or adjacent to the repaired areas could fail, causing damage to the original repair.  Under these circumstances this warranty will not be applicable.

Damage caused by neglect, abuse, misuse or collision is not covered by this warranty.

This warranty is limited to the customer listed on the reverse side of this document and is not transferable.

All vehicles must be returned Alpine Auto Service Inc. for repairs under this warranty.  No reimbursements will be made for any costs/repairs made by others.  

          This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other legal rights that vary because of location.
